A passionate health and fitness professional born and raised in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. My journey in this industry began back in 2007, starting humbly as a front desk lead at a major gym. It was here that I discovered my true passion: helping others on their wellness journeys.
In 2008, I took the leap into personal training, marking the beginning of a deeply fulfilling career. I pursued higher education to fuel my desire for knowledge, earning a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Wellness with a minor in Nutrition from Arizona State University. This foundation allowed me to develop a holistic approach to health and wellness.
In 2015, I took a pivotal step and established my own health and fitness business. This shift gave me the freedom to align my practices with my personal values and provide truly personalized care. To further specialize, I earned a Master's degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Corrective Exercise and Adaptive Sports from A.T. Still University in 2018. This advanced education deepened my commitment to empowering individuals through movement and rehabilitation.
I find profound fulfillment in guiding clients through pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation, helping them rebuild trust in their bodies. This hands-on experience has solidified my belief in the transformative power of personalized care.
True health and wellness go beyond physical fitness. Embracing a holistic perspective, I've expanded my services to include health coaching, focusing on the interconnectedness of nutrition, stress management, and sleep. My journey, marked by passion, dedication, and continuous learning, has led me to this moment—a seasoned health coach dedicated to guiding you towards vibrant, balanced living.
